"Gold Sparkster"
Perhaps a less known character and super form, only appearing in the Genesis version of Sparkster(the sequel to Rocket Knight Adventures).
I didn't have an actual referance pic for the colors here, so I sorta winged it, but I doubt I could have done much better color sampling from a sprite if I found one.
